Reablement Project
The "acute reablement" at VCH project promotes mobility, function, and independence in frail and elderly patients during their stay at the hospital. I incorporated these insights when considering the space and accessibility issues that arose for patients at all stages of mobility when attempting to complete rehabilitation activities. To reach this project's required goals, I created a series of visual storytelling infographics of exercises in the hallways.
