Half Alive is a personal illustration telling the story of an angel whose destiny has broken one of her wings and left her somewhere between strength and vulnerability.
The broken wing represents the difficult experiences that can change us and take away a part of who we once were. But perhaps being half alive does not mean being half as strong. Maybe she has become stronger because of what she survived. Who knows?
